Training Programmes - Our Approach

The Consultant Powerhouse focuses on exciting and engaging experiential learning where individuals are encouraged to actively participate. Using a strong fundamentals base, theory is complemented with the sharing of best practice ideas and creative strategies in order to translate talk into tangible results.

At The Consultant Powerhouse we provide a personalized approach to our training interventions.   Engaging with the client, we endeavour to gain a deep understanding of their specific context, unique training needs and desired business outcomes.

With a bias to action which ensures the focus on translating learning into sustainable outcomes, post-programme feedback and follow-up is core to our holistic training approach.

Implementation projects are encouraged, as these drive the individual to proactively consider how the new learning can be applied into their work context in order to help them achieve sustainable results. Applying the skills and tools also empowers the individual with a greater sense of business self-confidence.
